You will need:

• red apple
• white rose
• rose quartz
• photograph of yourself
• red pouch or cloth and cord
• red or white candles

On a Friday during the waxing Moon, gather the above ingredients and go to a window where you can see the stars and Moon. Eat the apple while focusing on your perfect mate. Visualize their characteristics. When you are finished the apple, gather seven apple seeds and set them aside to dry.

Next, take the photograph of yourself and cut out your face, making it into a heart shape. Take the rose in your hands and smell its sweet aroma. Remove the petals, one by one, while saying something to describe your perfect love.

Finally, gather the seeds, petals, rose quartz and photo and place them in the pouch or place them on the cloth and bind it with a cord. Hold the pouch against your heart, and repeat this charm:

"My true love's face I've yet to see,
I know not what his/her name may be.
But soon his/her heart shall beat for me.
Come hither, my love, so mote it be."

The pouch is then to be carried each Friday, regardless of the Moon phase. For the rest of the time, the pouch is to be stored with your majickal supplies.
