You will need:

• paper
• pen or pencil
• a yellow candle
• mint or rosemary oil
• mint or rosemary leaves

On the piece of paper, write the situation that you wish for the person to remember, along with the information you need to get through to them, such as an address or phone number. Fold the paper in half three times and draw a circle on the folded paper. Visualize the face and/or name of the person and say:

"Remember my voice, remember my face.
Remember the promises you have made."

Anoint the yellow candle with the oil, and place it over the folded paper. Sprinkle the leaves around it and repeat the chant. When you feel the power rising within you, imagine yourself as a bubble breaking, the energy being released in all directions. Light the candle and place it next to the phone or near your front door. They will remember their promises and should be in touch with you in two to three days. If, after three days they have not been in contact with you, you will know that their promise was not real, and you're probably better off without them. This spell should be cast during the waxing Moon, in a place where you can be undisturbed for about an hour.
