Use a key to symbolize a door that needs to be unlocked. Take a small metal key and place it on a spell table. Write the name of the person who needs the opportunity on paper, and place the paper beneath the key, or just focus on an image of the person, as you recite:

"Key, key, you are the power
through the Lady and of the Lady,
here in me and here I say:
Give this man/woman the person's name the employment he/she desires.
Open the door of good for him/her.
Open the door of his/her desire.
Open the door. Let it be open.
Let him/her enter on that work,
which satisfies his/her need and will
and fulfill and bless his/her days.
This is your message, this is your aim.
This, your power which now begins."

Light a white candle and leave the key before it until the candle burns out, to reinforce the message. Also lay the key on a mirror to reinforce the message as well. The key is then to be worn by the subject, as a pendant or on a silver chain, under clothes.
