On the Full Moon, gather the following items:

• An Amethyst
• Tarot Deck
• Peacock Feather
• Purple, silver and/or white candles

Retreat to a sanctuary where you can be alone. Light the candles and place them about you or on your altar. Hold the amethyst within your left hand to receive energy and say this charm:

"Purple stone, lend your sight.
Increase my vision upon this night."

Place the stone near a candle to charge it with Light. From the Tarot deck, find:

• The Moon
• The Magician and
• The Hanged Man

"Oh great Peacock, Bird of Hera,
Lend your powers unto me.
Open my inner eye,
and allow me to gave thy vision."

Place the eye of the feather over your third eye area on your forehead. Feel its power, entering you and awakening your psychic power. Touch the Tarot cards, one by one with the feather while saying:

"The Moon, powers of illusion and vision.
The Magician, powers of control and power.
The Hanged Man, powers of wisdom and insight.
Awaken, I summon thy powers within."

With this, the spell is done. Allow the candles to burn themselves, or if you wish, charge and extinguish them and use them for other spells dealing with wisdom, and psychic enhancement. Return the cards to the deck, thanking them for their help and gifts. The amethyst is to be carried or held when you wish for insight and intuition. Psychic powers are the greatest during the waxing and Full Moon.
