Take a black polished stone, and moisten it with your spittle and finger three times. Name the stone, by chanting three times:

"In the name of power,
I give you the name name."

Then say:

"So let it be, and now by my command,
Within him live, and call my name in him
and bend his will to my commanding love.
So let it be."

Place the stone in a spellbox, beside objects that will reinforce the spell, or that are personal to you. Place the spellbox in a place where it will be seen by you frequently, as this will reinforce the spell everytime you see the box.
