Repeat a chant, one you've written with personalized intentions, while winding thread around a twig, as on a spool. Or, use a photograph, strand of hair or nail-paring. The completed object should be placed in a small box and left there. Use appropriate thread color and twig type. Silk thread is best. Use before a healing spell for best effect.

To remove the spell, unwind the spool.
