There are literally millions of ways to call the quarters, and just as many ways to refer to this act. For example:

• Calling of the Elements
• Invoke the Elementals
• Heil the Corners
• Invocation to the Guardians
• Bringing of the Watchtowers

Some people prefer that their Quarter calls reflect the purpose for casting the circle. Some use alternate polarites instead of elements. Ultimately, you are calling a power to protect the circle or witness the ritual.

So what I've done is assembled some examples of how to call the quarters. It is best to create your own, but you may want to get the general idea so you can alter it accordingly.
